I’m based in New York City and Tri-state area but I’ve traveled and helped clients around the world. I’ve done on-site audits as well as remotely depending on circumstances.
What type of Feng Shui do you use?
I’ve been trained in classical Feng Shui, but have knowledge of many systems. I’ve integrated techniques that works. As a researcher, I’m always looking at different methods and their efficiencies to solving problems.
What Feng Shui can or can not do?
Feng Shui works in the realm of possibilities. If certain conditions are not available, it will be more difficult. Feng Shui can affect many different aspects of life. In Feng Shui, heaven, man and earth needs to work in harmony. It means that timing and location are essential, but proper action is crucial. eg. If you want to meet a new potential mate, you need to take proper action at the right timing and right environment. If you sit home all day and expect your potential mate to knock on the door, it’s very unlikely. Not to say, you can’t fall in love with the delivery person. You’ve limited your opportunities.
Do you need to believe in Feng Shui for it to work?
Belief is not required for Feng Shui to work. I’ve had many skeptical client’s spouses, and many were surprised by results. But a person’s attitude can have some influence. If a person is negative and self-sabotaging, the results will be limiting. For a person who is optimistic and meets challenges, this type will have very good results.
How is a Feng Shui audit conducted?
The following are gathered by the Feng Shui expert:
- Birthdays of all occupants
- Floorplans of the residence or commercial space.
- Construction date, move in date, and any major construction.
- Any questions or issues that the client needs attention.
An onsite audit of the property is normally conducted. This allows the practitioner to use all of his senses and intuition to evaluate the property. After all components have been assessed, the practitioner can give a proper evaluation of the property. Recommendations are offered to correct or enhance the property. If a client is happy with the assessment and decides to purchase the property, the Feng Shui practitioner will offer date selection of move in date and related ritual. Arrangement of furniture will be suggested to finetune each occupants luck.
The traditional way is to go onsite to perform the audit. But due to a client’s fast paced lifestyle or pandemic concerns, I’ve adapted and conducted audits via of remote video. This is useful in situations of long distance, needing immediate property evaluation and many other scenarios. Remote is not always perfect because we can miss certain intuition and sensory inputs, but this method is an useful option.
How long does it take to see the results?
When Feng Shui is applied correctly for a particular purposes, the feedback can happen quickly, three weeks is normal. It can sometimes take up to 3 months to see results. Depending on the issue, it can take longer.
